Trilife Fitness founder and USAT coach Katie Godec has dedicated herself to becoming triathlon’s #1 advocate. She believes that the endurance sports lifestyle is something that all people can (and should) benefit from. Based in SoCal, Katie spends her time open water swimming, coaching endurance sports, and preparing for ultra marathons. She is a trained vocalist, mom to one precocious calico, and lived overseas in Jaipur, India on a Hindi language fellowship program with the U.S. Department of State. Variety is definitely the spice of her life.
